Turn and Greet

Northview is a little unusual…
For instance, here are two different phrases that have been used in our services to set up our “turn and greet” moment:
1. “Turn to the person next to you and tell them how many of the Rocky movies you’ve seen.”
2. “Find someone with different color shoes than you, and welcome them here.”
