Leaders, pray for your team. Each day, set some time aside to hold them up before God Pray for their families – that they would thrive. Pray for their work relationships – that rivalries would die and unity grow. Pray for their personal struggles [everyone has them] – that they might be made whole. And, most of all, pray for their relationship with God.
BTW, prayer requests from your team are a big deal. Don’t blow them off. Many of us know certain people whose every minor inconvenience becomes a prayer request. But most adults are wary of trusting others too deeply – it’s a good bet that an individual is actually hurting, scared or in need if they are willing to share, particularly introverts. Take it seriously – and take it before God.
