Social media is a dangerous place…but I’ll get to that in a sec. I post each day to share what I have learned – both from the wisdom of others and my own stupidity, lol. My life’s mission is to serve God’s church and help it to be the best that it can be. Part of the way that I do that is through consulting and coaching. I work with churches, helping them to build strategies and systems while simultaneously working on the people side of things. Another way is through these posts. As I said above, social media is a dangerous place. It’s full of time wasters, rage bait, and worse – specifically designed to make you wonder how you burned so many hours with nothing to show for it. However, in the midst, there are those trying to redeem something that’s clearly broken. To share beauty…or wisdom..or how-to’s…or – far better yet – to point people towards God.
It may seem like these are just drops of hope lost in tidal waves of despair and decay, but each drop is precious. Thanks to you if you’re one of the ones trying to make it better. I’ll keep trying, too.
