Here’s a way to be able to spot first-time guests – they will be the ones looking up when they walk into your atrium or auditorium. Up, as in up towards the ceiling. I think it’s probably a natural reaction when we go somewhere for the first time. Watch for it, it’s true – in fact, I notice that I do that myself when I go into a new place. When you catch that, it’s a great chance to pop over and say “Hi!” : )
