In Person

Communicating is key to the success of any ministry. Here’s what I’ve found over the years – in person communications trumps any other type. In today’s age, most of us are set – we have the majority of what we want and need to live readily available. Our most precious resource has become our time. We will show value [or a lack thereof] to our team members based on how much of our time we give:

  1. A personalized e-mail is better than a bulk e-mail
  2. Tagging someone on Facebook is good – mentioning them in the post is better
  3. A handwritten letter is WAAAAYYY better than a text or e-mail
  4. An in-person sit down is best of all
In Person Is Best
