Before the end of 2021, choose five people. People who have made a difference in your church – or your life – this year. People who stepped up when they didn’t need to. People who went above and beyond. People who made things happen, even if they weren’t in the spotlight, even if no one appreciated or even noticed. Take a moment and say “Thanks.” Then let them know WHY you’re saying thanks. Don’t allow unexpressed appreciation in 2021 to turn into guilt and regret in 2022…
