Don’t allow ANYONE to storm the soundbooth to demand an explanation when something goes wrong – which, of course, inevitably will happen. The reason is simple, and should be self-apparent. Ask yourself, how much sense does it make to interrupt someone who is trying to correct the very issue that caused your anxiety in the first place? Blame can be affixed at a later time (if at all). Allow the team to try to fix things before expressing displeasure, and both morale and effectiveness are likely to go up.
